Best pair of gloves I have had in a long time held up to things that I did not expect them to .
I have given these a year to win me over but still they haven’t. They are just poorly constructed. The one positive is the actual leather looks and feels fantastic. The material is not one of the many problems.
The touch screen pads on the thumbs and forefingers are very poorly executed. I’ve never found a pair of gloves that manage to pull this feature off, but these touch screen pads are particularly terrible. First they destroy the appearance of the gloves. Just hideous. Next, each pad is so enormous that it cannot operate a phone. At best you can unlock one. That is bad enough, but these pads also remove all grip from the most important fingers so you can no longer use a pen or pencil or turn a key or deadbolt.
The next issue is the sloppy seams on the insides of the gloves. They constantly rub on the ends of the fingers and make them uncomfortable to wear. There is also a large nylon tag on each glove at the base of the palm. As you can imagine, it rubs on your hand.
Finally, these things are so poorly put together that some of the fingers have a twist to them so that a seam runs down the middle of the finger instead of the sides.
A fair price for gloves of this build quality is about $30. Or you can go to my neighborhood Goodwill and pick up my pair for about 5 because that’s where they’re headed.
Great gloves but I’m exchanging them for a size down.. i accidentally ordered 2xl… other than that I love em and can’t wait to get them back.. I’m a truck driver and go through multiple pairs a year.. these look like they’ll last quite a while
If you are on the fence, just get them. Wish I had a pair of gloves like this a long time ago - would have saved me money and heartache. Awesome customer service and they set the standard for how it should be. Found a forever company in Maroon Bell.
A great pair of gloves! My second pair!
