The D8B Glove: A Breakthrough in Leather Hand Protection

After 18 months in design and years of research and development, we’re now offering what we believe to be a truly game‐changing innovation in the leather glove industry. The D8B is a first responder leather glove engineered for welding, tactical, and other high‐risk duties—delivering ANSI A9 cut protection, a no‐melt/no‐drip flame guard, and exceptional durability.

Crafted from full‐grain water buffalo leather—never stretched or sanded—this glove retains the chaotically woven fiber structures that give water buffalo its exponential strength. We then treat the leather to be fire resistant and add ergonomic reinforcements on the fingers, palms, and thumbs, as well as extended wrist coverage for extra protection. Most importantly, we incorporate a Kevlar®/Steel lining from DuPont that’s independently tested by Tti Testing Labs to ANSI A9—withstanding extreme cutting hazards while remaining flame resistant so it won’t melt or drip under intense heat.
