Goodbye Flannels

It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to my very first design—the Campfire Flannel. Back in 2015, my dream was to create a clothing line that was hand-stitched, high-fashion, and high-utility. The flannel shirt was my very first design, something I poured months into alongside a professional designer from Boulder. She taught me the nuances of fabrics and colors, and together, we sourced everything to bring it to life.

The first few batches were made in Southern California at a cost of $250 per shirt—but the quality wasn’t where I wanted it. That’s when I started working with Hamd in Sialkot, Pakistan. Over the years, our two tiny companies grew up together, and we became great friends. From the very beginning, two products mattered most to me: Water Buffalo Gloves and the Campfire Flannel. But as time went on, it became clear that gloves were our true calling.

For the past three years, we have hyper-focused on making the strongest, most versatile, and most durable leather gloves in the world—and we’ve succeeded. Now, it’s time to go all in. After 9 years, these will be the last Campfire Flannels we ever make.

Building a company and being an entrepreneur was the dream of my life. That was only possible because of all of you. Thank you. If you want one last Campfire Flannel, this is your chance. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.
