The Black Skeleton Astrapi, a blend of HANDCRAFTED ARTISTRY and ROBUST DURABILITY. Made from full grain Water Buffalo hide, this glove holds the promise of exceptional strength. The glove shapes to your hand, offering a CUSTOM-FIT COMFORT. It boasts a gold lightning bolt, meticulously hand-stitched with 40 pieces of buffalo leather, embodying the strength of astrapi (lightning in Greek). The index finger comes with a tech fabric for SMARTPHONE COMPAT

DURABLE-LASTING-STRONG= PREMIUM HAND PROTECTION: Made from full grain Water Buffalo, we do not stretch the hides or sand out impurities. This leaves the chaotically woven fiber structure of the leather intact, allowing it to maintain its outstanding strength.

COMFORT-DEXTERITY-USABILITY: Because we do not stretch these hides before we stitch them, the leather only stretches where it needs to, on your hand. What this means is that we have found a way to develop a glove that will become uniquely customizable to whomever is wearing it.

HAND CRAFTED-SHARP-VERSATILE-UNIQUE: 40 hand stitched pieces of buffalo leather were hand stitched on top of the Water Buffalo base to create this one-of-a-kind leather glove.

Pretty Good!

I'm picky about comfort on my motorcycle. The saddle, foot positioning, and, of course, quality gloves. I was shopping at several local venues when a salesman at Indian Motorcycles recommended Maroon Bell. I looked it up online and liked the lightning bolt gloves. They paired well with the Scorpion jacket I bought with the Scorpion logo shaped like a lightning bolt. It wasn't until my girlfriend pointed out that the lightning bolt was on the middle finger that I realized their full potential. there are a few places where my fingers feel the seams because the stitches are on the inside. A better comfort fit has the seams sewn on the outside; it might not look as cool, but it has potential for more comfort. I waited to break them in before writing this review

Awesome Gloves....

Great gloves and excellent customer service

My ring finger is size 16, so I ordered XXL Astrapi gloves. For the most part, they fit and I used them lightly a few times before realizing that the thumbs were a too long and roomy for my flippers.
I opted to exchange them for a pair of XL gloves. The return process is painless. The new gloves arrived before I shipped the old pair back. The XL pair fit perfectly, like a glove, if you will. I work in the film industry, which can be rough on gloves. So far these seem like they’ll hold up to daily abuse. The middle finger embellishments are icing on the cake.
